Moving day in Eros Garden
In Eros Garden moving day begins with the security gate, which is told in advance about the date, the truck and the crew. Inside, the truck parks close to your house on the colony road. Many homes here are independent houses or builder floors with several levels, so the crew works from the top floor down, starting with the rooms you use least. Heavy furniture is wrapped in blankets and carried with corners and railings padded; pieces that will not take the stair turn are taken apart, and every fitting is bagged and labelled. Fragile items are packed in padded cartons and loaded together. The kitchen comes last. Before leaving, you and the crew lead check the rooms and the list. Moves to Charmwood Village, Sector 21 or Delhi are usually set up by the afternoon.
