Full refund up to 48 hours before
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving time, you get your full advance back.
Cancelling less than 48 hours before
Within 48 hours of the move, the truck, crew and material for your job are already arranged. Please call us as soon as you know, and we will tell you clearly what can be refunded.
Changing the date
Tell us as early as possible. A new date depends on truck and crew availability. If the price changes because of the new date, we tell you before confirming it.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your booking and cannot offer a date that suits you, we refund your full advance.
How to cancel
Call or WhatsApp +91 97112 31606, or email info@bluesafelogistic.com, with your name, phone number and moving date. We confirm the cancellation in writing.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the same payment method, or to the bank account you used to pay. We tell you the expected date when we confirm the cancellation.
