Who these terms cover
These terms apply to quotes, bookings and services provided by Blue Safe Logistics Packers & Movers (“Blue Safe”, “we”), Plot No. 5, Shiv Nagar Colony, Near Royal Hotel, Agroha, Hisar, Haryana 125047, and to you as our customer. Anything specific to your move that is written on your quote also applies.
Quotes
Quotes are free. We give the price in writing after a survey at your home or on a video call, and the quote lists the items and services it covers. If the goods, the addresses, the date or the access at either end change, the price may change too, and we will tell you before the move.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when you accept the written quote and pay any advance it asks for. The rest of the payment is due as written on the quote. We give a receipt or invoice for every payment.
What we need from you
- Correct details of the goods and both addresses.
- Access to both homes, the lift booking, parking for the truck and any society permission or gate pass.
- You, or someone you authorise, present at pickup and at delivery.
- Appliances emptied and disconnected before packing day.
- Cash, jewellery, important documents and medicines kept with you, not handed over with the goods.
Items we do not carry
Gas cylinders, fuel, explosives, paint, chemicals and other dangerous goods; illegal items; and food that can spoil. Pets do not travel in the goods truck. We may refuse or remove any such item found in a shipment.
Dates and delivery times
We keep to the agreed pickup date. Delivery times given for a move are estimates. Weather, traffic, road closures, checks by authorities and other events outside our control can cause delays, and we will keep you informed if that happens.
Cancellation
You can cancel a booking. The refund depends on when you cancel, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Damage and insurance
Please check your goods at delivery and report any damage or missing item within 48 hours of delivery. Transit insurance is available on request at an extra charge. Details are in our Claims and Transit Insurance Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking to each other will be subject to the courts at Hisar, Haryana.
