Urban Estate Phase 1: HUDA plots and wide roads
Urban Estate Phase 1 is a planned HUDA colony on the eastern side of Hisar, built in numbered sectors with broad roads, regular plots and designated parks and markets. It is among the more orderly parts of the city, and many government employees, professionals and business owners live here.
For a mover, a planned colony is a pleasant place. Roads are wide, corners are gentle, and houses are set back with gates and driveways that fit a truck. A fully loaded medium truck can approach most houses without trouble, and the crew can work from the gate. The challenge is mostly about the scale of the household: larger plots mean larger homes with several rooms, a first-floor portion, a terrace and storage, and the volume of belongings can be considerable.
We recommend a walk-through survey for houses of this size, either in person or by a detailed video call, covering every floor, the store room, the roof and the garage. Many homes also have a separate portion rented out, which is moved separately. Summer heat shapes the schedule, as the temperature on the terrace and in the truck can be extreme, so we plan the heavy work for the morning. Typical moves are to Urban Estate Phase 2, Sector 9–11 and Model Town, and customers relocating out of Hisar usually head for Delhi, Gurugram or Chandigarh using the national highway, with a truck leaving after the fog clears in winter.
