Moving in and out of Phase 9
Phase 9 is a Mohali phase mixing houses and flats with offices and commercial blocks. Roads are wide, but commercial areas fill up at working hours.
Offices are moved after hours or on a Sunday, with furniture tagged, files in numbered cartons, computers padded and cables labelled. Homes get furniture dismantled and wrapped in blankets, kitchens packed in labelled cartons, fragile items crated and floors protected. Apartments follow lift and timing rules, which we confirm in advance.
Mid-morning suits most homes. At booking, we ask for the building name, the floor and a landmark such as a showroom or a bank, and choose the vehicle by access. Wide roads usually allow a full-size truck, which keeps the move quick, and a dedicated truck is used for intercity moves.
Typical destinations from Phase 9 are Phase 8, Phase 10 and Phase 11, along with moves to Chandigarh, Panchkula, Ludhiana and Delhi. Mohali summers are hot and winter fog can slow early drives, so we time the start carefully and keep covers ready for monsoon rain. A written estimate follows a short visit or a video call and lists labour, vehicle and materials, and we confirm the crew and arrival time by phone the evening before.
Booking a move in Phase 9
When you book, send the pickup address, destination, floor, lift availability and a rough list of items, along with a landmark such as a showroom or bank so the driver can find the lane. A short video call is enough for most homes, and a visit is arranged for larger loads, shops or factories. If your lane is narrow or a gate is tight, tell us early so the crew can pick the right vehicle and plan the carrying distance. Mention heavy or fragile items, such as a glass table, a large mirror or a washing machine, so the right straps and crates come along.
