Students and engineers
Students finishing at the engineering colleges, staff of the large industries and families moving to Chennai, Bengaluru or Hyderabad all send bikes from Trichy. We collect from homes, hostels and townships; for a township, we share the vehicle number in advance.
Heat and the monsoon
Trichy is hot for most of the year, so pickups are early and the bike is wrapped in the shade. The north-east monsoon brings rain from October to December, when the bike gets an extra layer of film.
Old streets
The streets around the Rockfort and the big temples are crowded, especially on festival days, so the crew walks the bike to the truck and avoids those dates where possible.
Delivery
Before delivery, we call to fix a time. The crew unwraps the bike in front of you and refits the mirrors. You check it against the list and your photos, then sign. Report any damage within 48 hours, as our claims policy says.
