Getting the car to the carrier
A carrier is long and cannot enter the old city’s lanes or most colony roads. Our driver collects the car from your gate and drives it to a wider road nearby, where the carrier waits. For cantonment homes, we share the driver’s name and the carrier number in advance.
The condition check
Before loading, the driver walks around the car with you, notes every scratch and dent, the odometer reading and the fuel level, and you both sign. Take your own photos too. The same check is done at delivery.
Before you hand it over
Keep a quarter tank of fuel or less, and empty the cabin and boot apart from the spare wheel and tools. Remove the dashcam, phone holders and anything loose. Keep copies of the RC and insurance ready.
