Moving day in Sector 78
In Sector 78 the towers are fairly new and many families are moving in after possession. On a move-in day, the crew shows the society’s approval at the gate, covers the new floors, door frames and lift walls, and unloads cartons straight into the rooms written on them. Beds, wardrobes and dining tables are reassembled, and furniture is placed where you want it. If you are moving out, the order is reversed: room-by-room packing in the morning, loading within the lift slot and a final walk-through with you. The truck uses the route to the tower agreed during the survey, since some roads around new societies are still being completed. If possession is delayed, your goods can stay in storage and be delivered once the flat is ready. Moves to Sector 77, Sector 79 or older Faridabad are finished the same day.
Packing tips for Sector 78
If you are moving in, check the power, water and gas before the truck arrives, and get the flat cleaned. Keep a first-night box with bedding, a kettle and chargers. Book the lift slot early if you are moving out, and keep your documents and medicines in a bag you carry yourself.
