Jubilee Hills: Peddamma Temple, Road 36 and film homes
Jubilee Hills is another of Hyderabad’s prestigious residential areas, known for the Jubilee Hills Check Post, Road No. 36, the Peddamma Temple, Apollo Hospital and the homes of many film personalities and business families. It sits on high ground beside Banjara Hills, and its roads wind around rocky terrain with large houses and gated bungalows.
The Check Post junction and the Road No. 36 are crowded at most hours, and the Peddamma Temple draws crowds on festival days, especially during Ashada Bonalu in July–August, when roads nearby are closed for processions. We advise against moving on those days and recommend a morning start on other days.
