Between leases
Bengaluru leases often end on a fixed month, and the next flat may not be free yet. Your goods can go into storage for the gap and come out when you have the new address.
Abroad on a project
Many tech professionals go abroad on a project for a few months or a year. Instead of keeping an empty flat on rent, you can store your goods and have them delivered when you are back.
