Leaving a PG or a rented room
If you are leaving a PG or a rented room, a single bike and a few cartons can travel together on one booking. The bike is tied apart from the cartons, so nothing rubs against it on the way.
Older two-wheelers
Delhi’s 15-year limit for petrol vehicles covers two-wheelers too. If your bike is close to that age and you are moving it to another state, check with your Delhi transport office about the NOC first.
